AIR
JORDAN 14 : On the South Perth Esplanade

The AJ XIV have arrived
in Perth Footlocker and I've decided to take a few photos of the shoes while
showcasing Perth's magnificent city skyline. I felt inspired by MJ's Chicago
skyline Jumpman "spread-eagle" poster and couldn't resist driving
to the South Perth Esplanade to do something similar. If I had a Jumpsuit
and under suitable lighting conditions, I'd probably pull of MJ's stunt.
The weather was 26°C and perfect. One could lie on the grass and dream
all day.
First off the mark, the AJ XIV Retro White/Black-Deep Forest Green-Light
Graphite. which was released on Oct 22, 2005 for AUD$239.95.

Next up is the Air Jordan XIV Retro (L-Style Series) Light Graphite/Chartreuse-Black
which also released on Oct 22, 2005 at $239.95. I quite like the "glow-in-the-dark"
light Chartereuse green used on these kicks. It's something you don't see
on other shoes in the market. It's an "X-File" type of green,
probably a colour that only a Jordanhead will love. For others, the regular
consumers may find them off-putting. Nevertheless, they are bound to be
classics.

One last encore...

Michael's latest book "Driven from within" will be reviewed very
soon. Stay tuned Jordanettes. |
