  FORCE PHILOSOPHY
The zen of basketball lies within your head. One does not have to be physically gifted nor be naturally talented to play well. The only requirement is to use whatever god-given abilities you have effectively and consistently. Many athletes were more physically gifted than Michael Jordan. But nobody used their mental and psychological abilities like Michael Jordan. The zen lies within your head.



Padawans, it's alright to be scared before the fight. But once it begins, all the fear will dissipate...




Force Scared

Being scared means fear. Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to the darkside. Do not fear, never be scared. Thy skills and practice will emerge as the fight begins. Let the lightside prevail.

I ride the bicycle a lot. And jumped around a lot trying to dunk, to work on the muscles.


Force Jump

When in danger, you should use Force Jump to leap away from your enemies.

Lift the ball up high from the outstretched arms of thine enemy. High into the sky. Take it home safely into the cosy basket 10 feet high.

To be good in Force Jump, thou ridest thy bicycle and practise jumping around a lot.

Force Shoot

If the defense let you shoot, then you must be able to make it. Sometimes you have to take what the defense gives you.

If they don't let you drive then you must pull-up for the J.

Eliminate all your weaknesses. Be a versatile player in offense and defense. WORK HARD!
Force NBA or WNBA

To make it into the NBA or WNBA one must be a versatile player. Be good at offense and defense.

Plenty of hard work is required. That'll give you the best chance of making into the NBA or WNBA.

To take my mind off the game, I like to joke around with the guys. I'm a prankster and it takes my mind off the game. But when the time comes to play, I'm mentally focussed and ready.

Conditioning and nutrition is very important for anyone participating in any athletic events...


Force Conditioning & Nutrition

I used to workout everyday. Some with weights and some without weights. Aerobic and anaerobic exercises. Stretching before and after exercises. Very important. I do a lot of sprints. Short and long distances. Takes a lot of dedication.

Nutrition is important. You got to watch what you eat. My favourite pre-game meal is steak and potatos which I eat 4 hours before the game.
