Of

alley-oops to keep fans OOHHHing and AAHHHHing.

RIGHT
:
Jordan with another paperweight, it's his 95-96 MVP trophy. He sure
looks happy because this meant that HE'S REALLY BACK after the dissapointing
goof-up in Game 6 of the 94-95 Eastern Conference Semi-finals against
Orlando. That was, when Nick Anderson snuck behind His Airness and
swiped the ball to Penny Hardaway. :-(
BELOW :
Magic and Jordan at the NBA All-Time Top 50 players presentation
in 1996-97. Note Magic's fake smile. He's a great kiss-asser.

"Being named
MVP five times was a great honour. But the one award that meant
the most to me during my career was being named defensive player
of the year in 1988. Before that year no one ever had been named
most valuable player and defensive player of the year, much less
lead the league in scoring and steals. That award made a statement
about what I was about. Now I wasn't just seen as a scorer."
