2005 Air Jordan 13 Retro Black/Altitude Green
These Jordans are supposedly part of an exclusive Team Jordan release only available online at www.jumpman23.com according to one Niketalk member. But in mid-Jan 2005, Brand Jordan changed their minds and turned this to a limited release to Urban Accounts, Footaction, and select Niketown's: Chicago, Seattle, New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Las Vegas, and Denver. Rumoured production numbers were 10,000 pairs.

Here are photos of the AJ 13 Black/Altitude Green. The black shiny "stingray" area have the texture of a basketball similar to the AJ 2 Black/Chrome. The midsole is shiny black phylon material. A big thank you to Nike Australia for bring this into Footlocker Stores throughout Australia. The Perth store received their shipment on Wednesday March 16, 2005. Only full size runs from 8 to 13 at AUD$260 (US$215).

FAKES
Here's a fake "Lime Green" AJ 13. Note the midsole is not shiny phylon material. It looks like nubuck material from the AJ 13. Black/Red. Also the top two lace-holes have "circular" stitching around it. They seem to have the hologram right!! This fake pair is being auctioned by an eBayer.



SUPER-VARIANT FAKES
These super-variants are extremely good fakes. The difference is very subtle.

1) The stitching on the uppers are poor.
2) Shoes don't appear symmetrical which is a sign of poor quality control.
3) The texture of leather in the toebox and upper is the same. In the authentic pair, the upper leather is rougher than the toebox.
4) The shiny "stingray" leather in the heelcounter is not shiny enough.
5) The hologram is not red. The authentic pair has greenish hologram.
